(2) in person prenatal visits (90 minutes each) During these visits we go over your birth plan and comfort measures during labor. It’s like a mini childbirth class!

Unlimited text/email support, community referrals for pregnancy, birth & postpartum. I understand how overwhelming it can get with all the information on the internet. Part of my job is to provide evidence based information for any topic that you may have questions on.

On call support beginning 36 weeks and for the duration of labor (over the phone support during early labor and I can go support you at home or meeting you at your birthing place when you are ready).

Access to TENS unit while in labor.

Access to online pregnancy meditations (twelve pregnancy and birth meditations written by birth professionals and certified hypnotherapist to help prepare you for labor and birth)

Prepared Feeding online lactation course. Taught by an experienced IBCLC.

Beautiful Preparing for Birth journal (This gorgeous 38 page journal is full of information, discussion points and positive affirmations. It’s also a great communication tool between doula and clients.)

Belly Binding session done right after birth when your vitals are stable and healthcare provider gives the ok. If we can’t do it right away, I will do a binding session during our postpartum visit.

Placenta encapsulation done within 72 hours after birth and includes placenta tincture.

(4) additional postpartum hours which will be done in one visit. This visit include referrals, postpartum planning and breastfeeding support (check out “Postpartum Doula” page for more details).
